Our refund and returns policy. NO REFUNDS 

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, COVID 19, we do not accept any returns on food, seasonings, spices, sauces, drinks etc. Our products are triple checked and sealed before shipping. Perishable items are frozen and pack with ice packs. The box or package is marked perishable. 

Once it leaves our distribution, we have no control of weather conditions, warehouse conditions that can cause premature spoilage, and delivery handling that can cause breakage. We are not responsible if your delivery driver, hides your perishable items and causes it to melt and spoil.

If you experience any of these, please take the matter up with the shipping company that delivered your products.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
